Mullica Township Fall Soccer Sign-ups

The Mullica Township Recreation Association has now started sign-ups for the fall Soccer season. Registration is open to residence ages 3-14 years old. You can register right here on mullicarec.org or in person on Saturday, June 13th and Saturday, June 20th from 10am - 12pm at the Mullica Township Recreation Field. Registration fees are $50 for one child, $90 for two children and $120 for three children. Be sure to register early as a late fee will be applied for those that register after July 17th.

Mullica Rec Offering Late Fee Refund Upon Request

The MTRA has announced that it will offer refunds upon request to anyone who signed up late for the 2009 baseball and softball season, and paid a late fee associated with that signup. According to Buck Seymour, Director of MTRA Baseball/Softball, "this offer has been in direct response to many parents asking for relief from the late fees due to harsh economic conditions. So, in an effort to help out families, we decided to offer it to anyone who makes the request for a refund." "The late fee was never meant to be a penalty, but rather an enticement to sign up on time," said Seymour. "Our volunteers work so hard prior to the season, getting things ready, and have to meet deadlines for submitting teams and rosters to the Babe Ruth and Cal Ripken leagues in which we play. Late signups make it very tough for us to effectively meet those deadlines. To request a refund, you must send a email to wrseymour@comcast.net with "REFUND" in the subject line. Include your full name and address. "We're very busy right now getting ready for the season," Seymour says, "but I promise, we'll get to them in a fairly timely manner.

Spring Soccer Sign-ups

Mullica Township Spring Soccer online sign-ups for ages 6-10 now live right here at http://mullicarec.org! Alternately, you can signup Saturday, February 21st and 28th from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Mullica Township Recreation Field. For any questions please call (609) 929.2418.

2009 MTRA Baseball/Softball Sign-Ups

Sign-Ups for the 2009 MTRA Baseball/Softball are now open online at MullicaRec.org or at the following locations:

Saturday, February 7th, 10:00-12:00 p.m. Elwood Fire House - Rear
Saturday, February 14th, 10:00-12:00 p.m. Elwood Fire House - Rear
Parent/Teacher Conferences at School, Wednesday, February 11th 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Parent/Teacher Conferences at School, Thursday, February 12th 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Cost for sign-ups are $70 for 1 Child, $130 for 2 Children and $155 for 3+ Children. NO Mandatory Fundraising and the same cost as 2008! Please note that any sign-ups after February 14th must be done online only and cost will go up $10.00 per child. ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN-UPS after March 7th as the teams will have been picked. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Please sign up early.
